Chris the owner/operator is very patient and kind. 2xs a week he offers a boxing class. It has been extremely beneficial for me. I have learned to be faster and stronger under his supervision. He records my progress and tailors my workout to my abilities. I appreciate him very much.

This is a different kind of gym.  An experienced  personal trainer is included in the monthly membership. The whole workout is 30 minutes. I get a workout without sweating, which is important because I don't have time to shower afterwards. Motivation has been a problem with me going to other gyms. I look forward to going to 50 Plus Fitness because I feel better when I leave.
