I highly recommend HEW of Delray Beach. The owners, Bobby and Danielle, as well as the trainers, are all amazing and really care about their clients. They are patient and kind and really pushed me to do my best. I have serious back condition (herniations, scoliosis etc) and they worked with me to modify certain exercises that I couldn't do as a beginner for cross fit. I love everything about this place and the people! I highly recommend them and I totally disagree with the negative reviews! They have different forms of membership, which is so much better than other gyms that lock you in. Try this place out, you won't be disappointed!

This place is so amazing! Never thought this would be mind kind of thing! Definitely was a little intimidated but couldn't imagine being anywhere else!! 
Bobby and Danielle are great owners and they have a great staff of coaches. will never leave this place!!!

This place has changed the way I view "going to the gym". I worked out at LA fitness before this and hated it. You can't beat the personal attention you receive from the coaches here (who are encouraging, motivating, and overall concerned with their clients). HEW Delray has made me LOVE going to the gym. I am in the best shape I have been in years, and stronger than ever. They pay special attention to my needs and work with me on modifications for exercises if I am having any kind of trouble. The family atmosphere that has been developed here with the clients is another huge reason I stay. This place and the coaches are amazing. I recommend it to any and all of my friends and family!!

I started HEW about 12 months ago and I'm so happy I did! it changed my life! the trainers are AMAZING. they take their time to make sure you're doing everything right. 
Best money I've ever spent at a gym! I've never had any billing issues with being charged like other gyms I've been to. I will never leave. I have my life back thanks to HEW!
