I did the free day pass and went in the evenings and it was pretty crowded. I want to work out at five in the morning. I asked how many people come around 5 o’clock and they said there’s about 15 early in the morning. That was not truthful. I’ve been several times at 5 AM and there’s at least 45 to 50 people in there. Try to get a quick workout in before work. I thought the morning time might be different. People sit on the machines and wait between sets either talking on the phone or doing nothing. Twice had to wait over 20 minutes to use the machine while someone sat doing nothing. People need to learn proper Gym etiquette. Oh, nobody wipes the equipment after their sweaty bodies have been all over them.

If i can rate this fitness by zero star, i will. I met Jenifer, she makes my experience there unpleasant, i will never go back again to this fitness, Jenifer made me unwanted to register there. I don’t recommend anyone to register in this fitness

It's $9.95 a month and feels like it's at least $14.95 a month. This is a decent gym, they have most of what you need, no free weight benches though. I come every morning around 8:30, at 28 years old I make up about 10% of the people here. Average age is around 50-60. My main complaint is it smells like a bathroom over flooded when I first get there. Overall it's a great deal for $10, you can upgrade to $17.95 for the black card. This let's you go anywhere and bring guests. Well worth it in my opinion.

Pros and cons of this place. Cons=Rude unfriendly staff, they make you feel unwelcome, and they talk to you without a smile like robots. They make you feel like are been discipline like you did something wrong. Pros= The place is convenient, close home, and clean. Cons=I hate the layout of the machines. They should put a glass wall with designs in the middle, so people that are working out by the cardio area doesn't have to look at people that are using weight machines. If you don't have earbuds or anything to entertain your self you have to look up to the tvs that are too high that can make your eyes tired. Otherwise you have to look straight and the guys or girls that are in front of you, think you are flirting with them, I hate it. Pros=With the black card membership= you can bring a guest everyday. You also have access to Hydro beds, and other cool stuff. FOR $21.99 a month. Not bad at all.
