Very clean and well laid out facility. We really like the security check points for gaining entry. Our sales person was very effective and professional. We feel our possessions are in safe hands. The value we are getting is worth the cost.

I have dubbed Amanda "The Queen of Storage." She was so positive and upbeat she actually made the storage rental experience enjoyable! If she is representative of your company philosophy, I commend you CubeSmart. ( I would bet she outshines the rest though.) The facility is exactly what I needed and priced right. Thanks for doing what you do, and doing it really well!

Office staff has been awesome - super friendly and straightforward. Even renting their truck was easy. My only complaint is that I've never seen more than 4 carts there, all flat, all very small. We're all moved in, so hopefully we won't find any more big furniture to have to store.

Everything went very smooth with the paperwork. The manager was very nice and easy to talk to. Went above and beyond her duties to make sure I was able to get at least the load in the truck stored while she go the admin stuff out of the way and ready to speed up the process.. Thank you once again for making this part of a never ending process seamless..

Hate the girls that run the place. So judgemental when they have no idea what you need to take care of with the things in your unit.
