18 AUGUST 2016 (THURSDAY) We are a business that provides services nationally on a B2B and B2C. Our business has rented at this location for over two years. Loyal to a brands service and rarely to people which can always change. This conveniently located storage is in Downtown Phoenix. The location sells itself. Location! Location! Location! There will rarely be a situation were everything goes correct at any storage location especially when moving and storing is one of the least liked events. We have endured challenges at this location and realize that this is only a storage facility and not an extension of our homes. The employees here have never taken any of our funds or misappropriated any of our property stored. The location since over the two years since we have stored our business property there have done a fair job and at times an excellent one. Our issues or concerns begin and end with services offered and paid that breakdown. When there is a service breakdown usually at the heat of the moment irrational calls are made that shouldn't be and appropriate communication is lost in because of the lapses in services promised. (Nothing works 100% all the time, anything mechanical will fail) Which eventually is fixed. Our concerns eventually get addressed but there is still no need for adults to conduct situations they are unable to control in an irrational manner because they need to move or rent a van. The company didn't create our problems. But because we spend our hard earned money or our company pays for the units we expect exceptional service. Always be mindful we all fall short at our own jobs. That doesn't apply to the perfect people posting. Terrible, a total disaster. And didn’t do it thing to fix it after they screwed it up. Promise one thing and then don’t deliver. Incompetent.

Facilities are rather modern and clean. All indoor storage. Extreme little parking available at this location, but there large loading docks and one ramped entrance makes leading and unloading more convenient than otherwise. My experiences with the staff have all been positive, no complaints there. All in all, I like the place and would recommend it.

There was only one guy working so we had to wait for some time. When he did finally get to us he was great

Affordable, clean, plenty of carts, dollies, & even a mattress cart available at no extra charge to help move my stuff in & out. Never too busy when I was there. Great security system so I felt my stuff & I were safe. Jose, the attendant was smart, friendly & helpful.
