The rep that I talked to on the phone was very helpful and extremely professional. However, when I arrived to complete my reservation, they hit me with a bunch of additional charges. Naturally I became upset because I wasn't informed of the charges beforehand. Although the charges were necessary, I wouldn't have been so upset if they had been upfront about the charges. I was told they are not allowed to tell consumers about those charges over the phone. It's basically a sticker shock situation. I thought I was getting a good deal because of the special. Of course, they recouped those charges by hitting me up for more.

I was able to book this place a couple of days before with ease and today when I arrived on my move in date I was able to get assistance with getting in through the gate with my code and accessed my reserved space with no problems. I would recommend this location to anyone in the area looking to store their items.

Staff (Ashley) are very nice every time i have a question. Cheap large storage space (some with lights). Only complaint is that they no longer have the carts to help move your items.

Ashley was super awesome. She was willing to walk with me and take a gander at a few different storage units. She wanted to make sure i got the storage unit that fits my needs. She was very friendly and i would like to have her help me again if I need.

My storage space has been broken in too. I dont feel safe to store my stuff on there anymore. My unit was not covered by the cctv cameras. They were not able to capture a video of the incident.
