Great staff and really good prices compared to other Storage places in the area.

Horrendous management.  If you pay over the phone they will charge your card double without your permission, then blame you.  Manager has no customer service skills and acts like a child when you call to fix the problem.  He will then refund your entire payment, instead of just the one he stole, and charge extra late fees for that.... crook.  AVOID!!!  Going to the BBB....Thief.

Beware. 

 Do not rent a storage in this place .With in 6 months to 2 years, your staff in the storage is misplaced, changed and missing. Then, you find your property in someone
else's home. A guess the saying: The things are not missing just change the owners
is very appropriate for the situation.

Beware again.
