Great experience. A quick and easy process and Heather was a blast; she was very friendly and quick to respond to inquiries regarding new leases. Pricing is very competitive too! Definitely beat other quotes for similar sizes in the area. Additionally, the facility seems to be clean and secure which is always a plus.

I had a very wonderful and helpful experience in getting my unit. The staff member Lauren was more than helpful and made my experience a great one. I would recommend anyone to use their services not to mention there's a plethora of choices in unit sizes available.

Great customer service!.. Security is top notch!.. Units and property is very clean and well maintained. I was looking for short term storage until my house is ready for move in. Extra Space is the perfect place and prices are very resonable.

Very easy to find a storage that you like. I was able to to rent a storage quickly and got the first month free. Staff is very helpful.

I started off as a dissatisfied customer, due to a problem that suddenly came up.  After we figured out and understood each of our concerns and the Manger,  Heather at the time understood better the problems that I facing.  Came to me and we both worked things out and address the problem and my concerns, as a true PROFESSIONAL.  Heather went up and above to help me.  So I would like to thank her again for a job well done!
