To begin with... Public Storage only posts the 4 and 5 star reviews on their website... Very deceptive on their part!!!
I do not know how this place has so many 5 star reviews on Google. They lure you in with a low introductory rate, but if you plan on staying more than 6 months, your good deal is going to go out the window. They raise your rates because they know that you are stuck. I am looking for a more reasonable storage place now after my second increase notice and I cannot wait to get my stuff out of there. I will NEVER recommend this company to anyone. Not even my worst enemy. Good riddance Public

Update: I had two very large units. I have since closed one unit out. I made a $213 payment on November 2nd and closed the unit on November 8th. I was informed that there is no prorating on the units and I would not be reimbursed anything. 
Please run as far as you can from this unethical company!!! I will be closing out the second unit before the end of the year and PS will be losing thousands of dollars a year of my business...

I will never rent from this public storage or any public storage again. They have now changed their policy on when you move out for prorating the fee, without a policy change notice and going against their contract. The office gave me the District Manager, Ryan's number and conveniently he hasn't called me back all week and now they want to charge a late fee, with no response from them. I have used public storage for 15 years, and I never will again.

JennR was so nice to work with.  She took her time to show us different units to make sure I wasn't  paying  to much but had room to store all my stuff. Thanks for the friendly service

Honestly, this was a decent storage place when I first started using it. But every time I went you could tell that there’s people loitering inside the proterty, they change their policy all the time and they used to email you about it but haven’t done so in a while. It was all very coustumer friendly when I started but now all the policy’s are to cover their own ass and get whatever money they can out of you if you are trying to leave. 
What a joke, and Jenny? Yeah very friendly when you’re trying to sign up but otherwise completely useless at trying to help you get your things. Default answer is “oh when the owner gets here” then what are you guys good for then? To take payments, that’s it. Pathetic. 
Their cost is not cheap but their service is, there’s better places to leave your stuff, places that appreciate your business.
