I had all my tools stolen while building was under construction. Conveniently, the cameras were down while the office was being remodeled. They also had the bright idea to put the temporary office in one of the units down 2 rows from the entrance. Access is easier than ever since they prop the frontoor open with a sign asking for people to check-in before entering the storage area. Anyone can see this is a bullet-proof solution in place of cameras. Luckily, the world is full of honest people, so they're new check-in system is ideal for such a considerate society. I wonder if "US" is short for "Unsecured Spaces". I initially thought it was just patriotic.

Rude, filthy, inconsiderate. .....are staffs good points!
Thefts, burglaries, unsecured. ....is what we are left with!
Unprotected, careless and clueless. ....plain and simple!
Take your business elsewhere,  we lost our items we had in storage due to theft!

It's almost impossible to get a hold of management to complain about the manager. Emails go straight to manager. So it's a waste like he is.
We moved our unit due to illegal entry and theft. 
Would I do it again or recommend this place? He'll no!

Locker broke into due to negligence of US STORAGE. During reconstruction,  no cameras, and people coming in and out . Someone had the bright idea to put temporary office out of sight of who comes in and out!

Replace my tools that were stolen  so I can work.

Really decent prices, especially for the 5X12, real friendly, helpful, and professional staff. Excellent storage site.
