I stopped in this location because I was in the area to pick someone up and had some time to kill. I did a search online and couldn't find any place else that I would really want to eat in the area. If I had more time there's a few places I might have tried that were a little further away. As it was I was very satisfied going here. I actually ordered a combo consisting of a butter burger with cheese, cheese curds and a milkshake. As usual it was an excellent meal even though my calorie count was extremely high. I went through the drive-thru and it was pretty quick getting through and then I waited in a space for just a few minutes before they brought my meal out. My chicken was so amazingly tender I would put it up against anyone's out there. Everyone there was amazingly friendly and very happy to try and please!  Everything I saw was clean and organized.Food: 5/5

While on my lunch break today I decided to try something different from my usual list of options. I had seen a post online about Culver’s and decided a burger sounded like a good idea. I was warned that this location had a poor reputation but I decided to try it out. I walked in and the girl taking orders had an elderly lady who was having a hard time placing her order. It appears that the customer might have been hard of hearing but the girl at the register was extremely polite and patient with her. When it came time to take my order she was equally professional and friendly. I believe her name was Samantha, but I could be wrong. Anyway, the food was fantastic. The burger was hot, fresh, juicy and full of flavor and the fries were perfectly crispy and well salted. The only thing I’m disappointed in is that i eventually finished the meal! Service, food, and cost was all excellent. Can’t wait to be back.

Great location and staff. They’re attentive and I feel like they get it here.  Food is good, fast, efficient even during the rush times.  Came here after getting HORRIBLE service at another fast food establishment and immediately saw a huge difference in how Culver’s does things.  Highly recommend and will always be top of list for our take-out options.  Thank you Culver’s

They forgot my cheese sauce. After they repeated my order too. Who does that? Chicken sandwich need some mayo. Cheeseburger needs less salt. Some items better than others. Never tried their ice cream. Well try that.Food: 5/5

I love culver's and disappointed they are charging for BBQ sauce now. I'm sure there are alternative to switch to like maybe packets instead?! Sammy was very helpful in fixing my order when i ordered a milkshake. The gave us the wrong size and when I spoke to Jessica she made me fill as if I was trying to scam them are something. She asked for the other milkshake back and I told her no I wasn't going to give it back. It's just going to go in the trash and I don't like wasting food. I wasn't asking for a large one but a small to make up the difference. Asked to speak to the supervisor and Sammy was very helpful and made our night. I don't see the point to throw something out and waste it. If I did something wrong I'll make it right and if that means I could continue earning your business then that's what's important to me. Thank you sammy!

Best Fast Food Burguer ever !!! Nice place, friendly staff!

Food was good. Girl at the counter acted like we were bothering her ordering food. Several tables were dirty. There were ants at the drink/ condiment area. Floors without carpet were sticky.Food: 4/5

Could hear the car ahead order a spicy chicken sandwich. Teller asked “Tomato pickles and lettuce okay?” Customer said yes. I pull up and order “a ButterBurger with cheese and bacon.” “Okay, anything else?” “Yes a large fry and concrete mixer.”  I drive home, open my burger… it is literally a ButterBurger patty, bun, bacon, and cheese. No toppings, condiments, or anything. What? Is it some random corporate or private policy that one must ask for the standard toppings for a burger? 99% of the time at other places you have to ask for things NOT to be included. Dumb rule.

Excellent burgers and excellent service! The owner cares deeply about people and takes care to ensure his customers have great quality food and service. I will be back!
