"As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests."

Those sandwiches look sick!! I'm not going to another CHECKERS never again!! It wasn't anyone in the drive-thru. That was my sign not to go there but I did anyways. McDonald's across the street had cars wrap around the building. My husband told me to go WAWA'S. I should've listened. You tell me what kind of sandwiches is this?? No kind of love in your food. You had all the time in the world and you made us this??? Wow!! Did y'all train your employees on how to make a sandwich?? I was so disappointed when we got home. No stars for me!!!
The food was great but the only issue I had was the wait. I placed my order and made my way to the window ready to pay. The employee told me to wait for a moment. I did and waited for sometime. Once the Employee was ready I paid for my food and continued my day. I recommend the fries. I couldn't get enough of it.Food: 5/5
Checkers is the best fast food place to eat. Service is quick, staff is friendly, the food is tasty, and the fries, cooked in peanut oil, are so yummy! I can say no to the other fast food places in the area, but it's easy to talk me into going through Checkers! If you've never eaten there, you are missing out!Food: 5/5

Just stopped for a couple combos as there isn’t much around here open late. The food was absolutely disgusting. Burger patties tasted microwaved, everything cold and soggy and just all around bad. Forgot marinara for the mozzarella sticks. Prices too expensive for the garbage they serve. Feel sick after attempting to eat the food. Never ever coming back here.
Need to change the category to Slow Food Restaurant. .. 29 minutes for 2 small fries and 4 sandwich after you've paid... hungry? Not worth the wait... if you want Checkers, check another location. For mgmt, holding up the cars from pulling up and asking them to go in the closed lane doesn't make the food come out any quicker, only the metrics look better... 10/2/2022 @ 8ish PM
Second time having to right a review about this place. Wish it could be a good one after tonight nope. Stopped by here on my home thought we give it another try. Pulled up to the drive thru a little bit after 11pm only to be told they are temporary closed due to be short staff. Why are you even open if thats the case? Getting paid to do nothing all night. This place has obviously gone down hill and should just close down. I don't wish bad on anyone but you let us down a second time.
Horrible experience and staffing. Long wait time just to have my order incorrect and then be told that it’s not her fault because after I ordered they switch people on the mic… and then wanted me to pay more after I had already given my order 20 min before. It made no sense and she was so rude about it. Do not go to this location when you can drive to literally 10 other options at the same intersection! Never again
My expense will check us is not the same my son loves Checkers if he can eat Checkers everyday he will have it I don't think it's the restaurant I think it's the quality of the food has changed since back then but if you get in a quick bite to eat this is the place for youFood: 4/5
This was the most disgusting food I have ever ordered from a drive thru! The lettuce looked like they pulled it out of the garbage from the night before! How can you serve this s#@t? Never again!
