Wendy's has extremely compromised the quality and integrity of their product. It used to be my go to instead of McDonald's who continually disappoints. Anyway when I opened my wrapper to see my burger it looked like the bun had been stepped on or squished. More than poor presentation. I was instantly reminded of why I go to Culver's now a block over. Not sure if I'll be going back. The only thing that saved this experience was the fries. I may give it another shot but this was really disappointing.

I almost always get the same thing from Wendy’s and one of those items is their chili I love it but I went last night and I have never had virtually no chili this was a first. no meat no beans really or any actual chili last night it was 3/4 sauce rather than chili what you see on my baked potato was all that was in a LARGE chili :

Please watch your TOTALS !!!!  THE PRICE BOARD IS WRONG THEN THE PRICES ON SCREEN. I had 2 bad experiences there , shame on me for going back the 2nd time.  The first time I noticed the price was off and I honestly didn't pay attention to the price total , I just looked at the food order itself . I thought the price was $1.49  asked employee who was just so rude , her attitude and deminer was just terrible.  I wasn't going back and forth so I just got my food and left. My next visit I noticed it was $ 1. 49  on the board and being charged $1.69 . I took a picture  of the board and pulled up to the same attitude from the same girl  Asked for the manager  about the prices and she said " do you want them or not , I'm not changing anything " She did not want to give her name.

As I got there the worker/cashier was in a very bad mood and unenthusiastic. The manager there turned out to be even worse. She was completely disrespectful with a bad attitude when I had asked her a simple question. Her name is Christina and she’s a horrible manager. I don’t even know how she got the position as a manager in the first place. Instead of being a leader and guiding her employees all she’s good for is yelling and demanding. Do better

Wendy’s a staple I’m my weekly routine if I’m in a hurry or just want a quick bite, I just go through the car service and order a biggie bag with bacon honey mustard and bacon with a coke soda … perfect filler up.

It drive thru was quick.  Staff friendly and prompt.  For fast food price I thought the total price was quite expensive especially when buying only a biggie meal, small chilli, and a medium frosty it costs over $17.  WOWFood: 5/5

$2 for a year's worth their frosty's was definitely a good promotion and I highly recommend it and it's smart because I couldn't resist buying a Burger while I was there. UPDATED... It really depends on who is working but there are better lat night employees at Wendy's than McDonald's and 100% better than BK!!

A mistake was made on our order but it was quickly and pleasantly rectified. This Wendy's location is MUCH nicer than the two in a neighboring town.Food: 4/5

First of all the lady in the drive through was really rude. Second of all I doubles checked the screen to make sure everything on my screen is correct. Get home to find out they completely messed up my order and my fries and nuggets were cold. Third tried calling them to notify them and there phone apparently doesn’t work. Called about 5 times to get sent straight to voicemail. Terrible service all around.

I love thus Wendy's!! Quick service and order made to please. Clean and well run. When they are super busy, your order is brought out to you. It may take a minute or two, but it's worth the wait.  Kid-friendliness: There are meal just for our little ones.  Wheelchair accessibility: The curbing is designed for wheelchairs and walkers. The table arrangement is suitable for both classes.
