This is THE most lovely Starbucks I have been to so far in Phoenix! The employees are SUPER KIND AND FUN...full of smiles ...I just love them all! The café is very large which I wish more locations were, with beautiful big windows to view the sunrise and sunset with trains going by every once in a while! Lots of ample seating! Love it!!! Thank you guys and gals for all of your GENUINE smiles and laughter through your hard work!!!

I have been to this Starbucks 5 times now. Four out of five times they got my drink wrong. Usually I just drink it but this time I was quite upset. I order the peppermint white chocolate mocha, I get the peppermint mocha. I truly do not like the peppermint mocha so I went in and explained that this has happened 4 times. The girl behind the register apologized and then I stood there for 15 minutes waiting for them to remake my drink. When I told the server that this was the fourth time they have gotten my drink wrong all she said was oh she should have told us it was a remake. Needless to say I am unhappy with the way they handled this and I will not be back

Do NOT tell customers how it is-  you'll loose the customer get 1 star ratings & loose more !

The customer is always right!   Gross warm frappe' melted ice & drink did not taste mixed right because he didn't make it my way- he made it his way & insisted I wasn't correct & served me his version of the drink I ordered after taking my $!   Enjoy your 1star manager/ management!   I'll goto Dutch bros 9miles away before I come to this Starbucks again!

This Starbucks is always super busy, but they maintain great customer service and my drink is always correct.

That was yelled across a big room. If I had a question I would come to the counter and ask.
Just sayn' let people browse in peace.
