Pharmacy is clueless or they do not care. My son and I had pneumonia and waited 2 hours for meds. I said I'd pay cash so i didn't have to go home, as I still had a fever and felt like death. All because they didn't have our insurance cards; never bothered to inform me as we sat there waiting..... ... that was the first experience. Today, I went through the drop off window, the lady asked me to stay until she found out if it was in stock or not.... I waited.... and waited. .. she came back and said when do you want it filled? I said ASAP. (its a rescue inhaler) she said, "were can have it ready in an hour" I go home.... An hour later about 1 o'clock, I check the status online because it's been over an hour, and it says "out of stock" reordered and expected deliver at 4pm. Well. As incompetent as YOU ALL are, I don't have a choice now; without prolonging my son's suffering. Thanks so much! {[(Sarcasm)]}

The workers here really don't care about helping you. I have seen so many elderly people try to get medicine, and if something wasn't perfect, the employees would not help them in the slightest. They rudely differ them to their insurance company or doctor without giving them any advice on what the issue is or what they should do. They cycle in and out as many people as fast as they can with zero guidance. I feel so bad for the elderly that go here and have to put up with the added stress these pharmacist put on them.

I just called to get a refill on my meds. I did not have the bottle to give the info. needed to go through the IVR so I selected to talk to a pharmacist. She told me to hold & put me back into the IVR which wanted the info I did not have. Nothing like customer service! I will be making a change.
