I am visiting from out of town and I stopped in for a gift for my son. My mother was with me and we were asked if we wanted a gift receipt. I said no, my mom said yes. The clerk behind the counter has the audacity to say to us, "now I heard two answers which is it?" I am an American consumer and I work damn hard for money. Anymore to go in an store and be spoken to like that is absolutley uncalled for. Where is the customer service standards in this country? I will NEVER shop here again!

The employees here are super! Always helpful, smiling, polite and looking to make me happy. I like the family bathroom with the little toilet for the kids. My grandkids always want to use it when we shop! I wish they sold more things from the US, seems like most things come from China.

Store is well presented, clean and neat. Good basic selections of merchandise. Prices are fairly high unless there is a sale.

This is my GO-TO clothing store. They have quality items and much to choose from. I can always find something here. I love khols cash deals. The customer service from management at times has been less than customer friendly which is the only reason they get four instead of five stars. (If someone earned khols cash but forgets to use it during certain days they should be allowed to use it anyway...my daughter spent her birthday money there so she could earn the extra cash but she is 13 and forgot about the date and when we went there for her to use it we were told it expired...end of story. The rude lady manager with blond hair just would not allow it). Besides that we really do shop here often as not only do I like the clothing bit the whole fill does as well and its great for gift items as well.

Went to customer service with a question concerning an item that was not sold at the store. I was quickly told to go to the koiosk machine, concerning the item in question. I am not that good at these machines, but she insisted that was what I had to do. I felt like I was being shoveled off. I would not have felt that way if there was a line, but it was only me there. And Kohl's happens to be my favorite store
