The employees were nice, but I was given wrong information. I was told I could try the service out for 14 days and if I didn't like it I could go back and get a full refund and not pay anything. Well, I was unsatisfied with the service so I returned for the refund and was informed a few weeks later by USPS mail that I now owe Sprint over $2000 for "breach of contract".

I've had crappy customer service at most sprint stores, but this one was excellent. The manager was able to help me fix my phone with a simple soft reset, and he showed me how to do it to try and fix issues in the future. He didn't try upselling me a new phone, was fast, polite and pleasant to work with. I'd highly recommend this location.

Very sorry store. Should close there doors. Another customer in the store The same time I was. Wanted to look at and a phone they could not show them one they did not have. 1 of the salesman had the phone they were looking for but would not pull it out of his pocket because he said it was his phone Sprint didn't pay for. What an a****** . Gave me the wrong chord. Won't go back.

Terrible service, Terrible reception. They Charge for service not provided. Run as fast as you can away from Sprint. Rude customer service sometimes unable to even understand what they are saying
