Buyer beware. We purchased a used couch that looked good but when we got home the smell of dog urine was so bad we couldn't believe it. In the store the smell was masked by all the other Goodwill aromas. When we called to talk to the manager Joe and explain that urine is invisible and not sanitary, he just basically laughed at us and told us that these things are not returnable. So I drove the couch back and dumped it on his back door. He couldn't come and see it. Thanks Joe, great customer service. Keep ripping people off.

The place was organized well and had a lot of merchandise. I went with my 9 year old and her friend to look at furniture. As we walked in a guy with a Goodwill shirt was walking toward us and he was walking very fast. Instead of him greeting us he just walked very fast and would have ran into us had we not moved out of his way. He didn't say excuse me, nothing. He was carrying something so maybe it was just expected that the woman and kids move out of the way so that he can get through? I thought to myself, "that was rude" but we just kept it moving. After about 15 minutes of looking around we walked back toward the front to pay and leave. On my way out I overheard the cashier talking to a customer about a return. The customer wanted to return something but it was clearly outside of the date that they can accept returns so she was letting the gentleman now he couldn't return the item. He asked to speak to a manager and after a moment or two appears the same guy who almost ran us over. Long story short he was very rude to the customer and didn't show any appreciation or consideration that this was a customer who had purchased a big ticket item he was talking to. He basically refused to help him and acted as if the customer was a complete waste of his time. I was so bothered by the way the manager was treating the customer that I put my items back and we left. When we got in the car my daughter asked me why that man that worked there was so upset with the customer. Then she said, "he's the same man that almost bumped us out of the way when we walked in." Maybe he was having a bad day or maybe he's always like that buy you've gotta treat your customers better. I'll never go back because my first experience was not a good one. Sometimes one sour apple can spoil the bunch.

This goodwill is solid but not special. The changing rooms could use a sweep. Definitely worth a visit if you are nearby but I would go out of my way.

Quite a bit of inventory, mostly clothes. Some good buys can be found, but furniture and shoes are junk.

What can I say...I love a bargain and I always find one here at the Goodwill store 👍😉
