Good service with a good selection of products for such a small store. However, it's pricey.

Not recommended for vegetarians. While they have a fair number of products, they *don't* carry many of the things I expect to find at a health food store (and have found at other health food stores I've visited over the years). For instance, they don't carry vegetarian seasonings. Some spices and organic meat seasonings, but not vegetarian chicken/beef/ham-type stuff. No low-fat produce tofu. No cacao butter. No jackfruit. No coconut cream. The last three items I asked the salesperson if Richard's carried them. (three separate inquiries at different times, different salespeople) Each time, they said, no, but we get requests for that. End of conversation. No offer to order them, and oddly, apparently no plans to stock such items in the future, although that is EXACTLY the sort of thing Richard's SHOULD sell: health food items general grocery stores don't carry. I would think that would be their niche market. Even Publix will order specialty items for you if their distributor carries them. Maybe it's just my luck, but the last few times I visited, they were out of the items I needed--last time, no whole wheat pastry flour. Decent bulk foods section ~ but much of what they stock there is available at the local grocery stores closer to my home for the same price or less. Customer service was very mixed the four times I visited. Depends on the staff on duty, I suppose. My experiences have not inspired me to return.
