Had a great experience finding the perfect mattress.  Didn't feel pressured or rushed.  Store manager Carol Moore answered all our questions and was fun to deal with.  First night on our new bed was wonderful.  Now I realize how bad our 12 year old mattress really was.  Will recommend this store to our friends.

We worked w MGR Carol she was great. Looking at Stearns & Foster Isabelle Leigh very knowledgeable and patient. 
Highly recommend her. Getting our new bed delivered in days.

I've rated them one star because I can't select zero. They are the worst company I've ever dealt with in my entire life. It is a little difficult to rate them when we are still waiting on the product to be delivered over one month from ordering. One wrong delivery and 3 rescheduled shipments later and I still have an unusable mattress. Now, customer service has hung up on me when I tried to complain. Never buy from this company!!

Beware making an order on their website -- no call, no service numbers on the Invoice, total crickets, like they are not even a business. Several calls to their corporate headquarters sent to dead air. Worried I just got ripped off. Plus their customer service email bounced.

I bought a mattress from the stroe near winn dixie in palm coast recently. I did not have a good experience. The gentleman(owner) is not used to telling the truth. He gave us his life storey. And told us how much he dislikes Asian people. He said someone even put a liar sign at the window. I can see why. He did not want to sell us a Xtrafirm mattress, as it is not recommended by AMA. He finally walked away from us showing a mattress he said he is trying to get rid of and when we came back to reurn it after a few days, he said well we can'nt take that back, as it was discounted. 

This is no way to do a good business.
