The groomers are very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this salon as I have always had a great experience here.

In the 31 years of shopping at Petsmart throughout the USA, this is the first time ever where you have a store manager Joe Carwell is a complete idiot. He is not sympathetic towards the humane society dogs and the volunteers of the humane society. He makes up his own rules and blames corporate for having these rules. This store manager expects every single person who comes into the store to purchase something. He doesn't allow any volunteers to enter his store with the dogs that are hot, only if they are overheated. The volunteers must be 18 years old to enter the store with the dogs and if you need to use the restroom, well you better be 18 and up. He's been working at petsmart since he was 16 years old and do not have a college degree. All retail stores that I'm aware of requires a bachelor degree to hold the store managers position. He is very arrogant and blames the volunteers the reason why his employees are being fired. I am not a former employee nor have ever worked for petsmart. You have been warned.

Groomer/manager unyielding in their decision not to groom my dog because I gave him his prescription allergy medicine. Although they are NOT veterinarians, they decided to refuse cut my dog's hair without consulting my dog's doctor and although they did not warn me not to give the medication to him prior to grooming. I believe they should have called/walked 50 feet to ask a real doctor if it was a problem; they didn't. Now we must go on our out of state trip to relatives without a groomed pet. Not a huge deal, but definitely frustrating especially when they were mouthing off as I voiced my frustration to them (last word freaks). Needless to say, we won't be back there...

One star because of a nasty trick played by an employee there. I wanted to exchange a product, spoke with someone who identified as "Mia", who said, "Sure, come on in and we'll make an exception." (I couldn't find the receipt). When I got there, "Oh no, no one by that name here." and no budging on the exchange. They'll be doing me a favor in the long run, as I'll get what I need from an internet based business. Their prices are way better anyway.
