By far the best dealership I have ever worked with, sales wise, maintenance wise, and customer service wise, etc. I went in with a blind eye, knew what I wanted, and James Gooch helped me out from start to finish! They say car salesmen are always out to get you, but I can easily assure you that James and the other guys as Smart, are not like that. He was easy to talk with and relate to. 

I had a problem with my AC a year after I bought my car. (14’ Corolla S) and my certified warranty had expired. But thank goodness for the Extended warranty. Yes, Toyota’s shouldn’t have any problems, but you can’t predict the future. I went in nervous about if the claim would go through, and it did. Victor in service was just as great. All around great place to get a car, and to get it fixed.

Had our van towed to Smart Toyota to get a massive oil leak fixed.  Adam at the service center was very helpful and friendly.  They communicated very well to us through the 5 days it was there, and since the parts had to be ordered, they gave us a loaner car (which was much nicer than our own vehicle, btw) which made a world of difference - its hard enough being without your vehicle for a day, let alone 5, and it was a huge help to us.  Thanks again!!

Since our bad luck in February of this year when looking for a van. I went to smart Toyota in Davenport Iowa. the dealership spent countless hours and total dedication to one cause. to make sure i did not leave without a van for me and my family. after over 7 hours of non stop work i walked out of the dealership with a new van. there are no words to explain who Chris is as a person. as the general manager of smart Toyota. my family will forever be in smart Toyota's Debt. after all the tears within the dealership i was handed my keys.  the stress when finding a vehicle will no longer be a problem because at the end of the day when all fails i no one place i can count on and that is smart Toyota of the quad cities. my family would like to thank smart Toyota for everything and we now no that there are good businesses and good people still left in this world. thanks you so much smart Toyota of the quad cities.

I bought a car from here and Ted the salesman was great!! Very family friendly and family oriented. Great staff and easy to work with!! I would recommend going here if your looking for a new vehicle!!

I saw the used car online and showed up first thing in the morning, I belive before they were officially open. Will came out within minutes to talk to me. He explained everything about the car to me and everything they did to it. I was very well informed. Long story short I drove home with a new car for my daughter and she cried tears of joy. I couldn't be more satisfied with the service and would defiantly recommend anyone looking for a car to check them out.
