I stayed one night on the second story in a king sized bed. When I first arrived I began to get slightly nervous as some questionable people where standing in front of the lobby at 9pm. The lobby itself was better than most hotels I've been to and the desk man was just wonderful. He had me in and out within 5 minutes and in a room I loved. The room came with a few dishes/cups/ice trays but not many (which was fine). The room was large with a full fridge, good AC, and an amazing shower. The TV service left some to be desired but was entertaining none the less. Out of all the hotels and extended stays I've been at, I would rate my experience a 9/10 for sure. I, however, didn't get to experience their room service or how the front desk handles issues, but with how they treated me, I'm sure they're just as great there too.

So I checked in last minute.. Wilbur the night man is to boot an excellent employee, however it’s apparent that he has no impact on the quality of the rooms, he seems stressed out. I found this to be when upon entering my room my daughter was complaining of “crawlies” at first I’m like “what?” Then when I examined her feet my answer was literally jumping out at my face “fleas!” And I’m talking every where, I called Wilbur and he got me another room that I’ve come to realize there are roaches, not water bugs or palmetto bug varieties, I’m talking about little German roaches and they seem to be infested. This place is a health risk, and they need to listen to their staff and fix the problem, or continue to get reviews like mine, or suffer a health inspection, when someone else whom has more of a bone to pick. If I were the owner I’d be doing some simple preventative measures like calling the exterminator and lying some bug bombs at least.

Absolutely disappointed. Cock roaches on the wall as we walked in and bed bugs in the beds when you pull it over on the side. Pretty decent nice rooms but absolutely disgusting when cock roaches freely roam.

The rooms were fairly clean but could use improvement. A fire alarm was pulled earlier in the day so a little debauchery was going on, plus the guys in the room next to us were being loud and disrespectful at 3 AM. The walls are paper thin. Other than that, it was a fine stay. The area isn't too bad. There's a good bowling alley and tiki bar across the street.

Absolutely terrible 2 hours that i was there until i checked out. My stay was booked for a week. First room wasn't even clean as you can see in the picture, then when I went back down the management said "we feared that" so obviously I was sceptical of the next room, found burn holes and its hard to tell in the photo but there are stains on the sheets. Also the shower was broken and i was told to hold the shower head above me and its fine, by the maintenance man, after which he came back with the tape fix as pictured. Luckily I was able to get a refund and booked a resort in Orlando. I wanted to share this with everyone because when I looked on the reviews it didn't seem "that bad" but BELIEVE ME IT IS THAT BAD!!!!
