I was having major break issues, and they were able to take me right away. It did have to stay overnight, but they provided updates as it was worked on. Right after I picked it up, an emergency light came on, so I called and told them, and they told me to bring it right back. I did, and they worked diligently to get the light to go away, while also explaining exactly what happened to cause it. Overall, a great first experience, and I would definitely take my car there again to be serviced.

Express Oil consistently provides quality customer service and rates. The mechanics keep you informed every step of the way. They review your vehicle's issues with you in a way that you can understand, while emphasizing what actually needs to be fixed and what doesn't. They are never pushy. I NEVER feel like I'm at risk of being scammed at Express Oil. I really appreciate these guys. And I have to say that they are the only shop that has been able to consistently and accurately diagnose my car's issues. They may be a chain, but they don't come with the negative aspects many chains do. In my book they have outperformed all the other shops I've been to in Atlanta, even the more local and/or speciality shops just for Mazdas. I have had a great experience with ALL the mechanics, but I wanted to give a special shout-out to Patrick who spent two hours today inspecting every nook and cranny of my car until he knew exactly what the issues I've been experiencing were. And then he waived the inspection fee since I'm going to have the repairs completed there. A thousand thumbs up!

I've been going to this location for years to have my vehicle serviced. I've had great experiences with Joey and Patrick over this time. Not only do they assist with routine oil changes, but Express has outfitted me with new tires, brakes, axles, etc Every time they've been extremely helpful, very competitively priced, and done amazing work. I will continue to go to this location for the life of my vehicle(s) as the entire team as this Express location is top notch.

I needed an oil change like yesterday. I called your location close to me no one answered, I went to yelp and saw the next location with rave reviews and called. Joey picked up the phone and said come on in. I went and met Santez, who let me know what oil my car needed, while Pat and Ron took care of the oil change. Attention to detail, efficiency and overall good atmosphere is what makes this location my goto spot from now on. Thank you all for a great experience.
