Always a pleasant experience. Very forthcoming on wait times. Easy to schedule an appointment during weekdays. Always willing to give me the best deal even if it involves giving me a coupon I didn’t have. They keep me informed of upcoming maintenance so I can be prepared for when it’s time.

I was not sure where to go when I recently bought 4 new tires because I am not from this area. I saw this place and gave them a call. They were very friendly and helpful over the phone, so I took my car there. My overall experience was great. The price was reasonable also. The manager, Michael, was helpful and kind! They only charged me for what I needed. My tires are  riding great! I would go back here again if I needed more tires or an alignment.

I got a new set of tires from Mr. Tire about a year ago and was so pleased with the quality of work and service that I now use them for all my car needs (most recently for brake and battery replacements). The staff, especially Carey, is friendly, honest, knows me by name, and clearly makes an effort to provide a great customer experience. I highly recommend them for any of your car care needs.

Great place here in my area .Took care of me . Let me know what all needed to be worked on before hand and got me in and out in no time Jason took great care of me as well signed me up for the great deal credit card that helped out a lot

SO ECHO the two reviews above mine. Rob was great he did my entire staffs cars and always did myself and them right. I had a brake job done a few weeks before Rob retired. They started acting up a bit so I took them back in. The response was " we don't warranty anything the previous owner did" So my 2 year warranty on a 3 week old job doesn't count? The guy was just so condescending that I would just rather take it somewhere else. I've had 7 of my employees echo the same situation with just talking to them on the phone, so luckily I was able to steer them to another location. STAY AWAY from this place they are rude, and WAY overpriced as well. They quote for 2 new tires was $190 more here than the place down the street. Rob I hope you read this and you got exactly what you wanted for that place and are relaxing with no worries buddy. If you get back into the industry let everyone know we miss the service.
