Great experience from start to finish.  The sales manager reached out to us by phone, and worked with us up until the point we arrived at the store (we came from out of state).  Once we got there, our salesman was Nick, and he was great!  Knowledgeable, low-pressure, and was very genuine.  He seemed very concerned that the decision we made on a vehicle was the right decision for us, regardless of the price.  We had the opportunity to meet the general manager too.  The finance manager, Jay, was still working on getting us the best deal, even once we were sitting in his office.  He could've gone with the deal that might have cost us more more money-but he wanted to see if he could save us more.  The entire team worked very hard to make sure we got the best deal on the car we wanted!  We would definitely consider Nalley Ford for future purchases!

I have now bought two cars from Sandy's Springs (Nalley) Ford. I have bought many cars over my lifetime and they have been the absolute best to work with. Very upfront and highly motivated to work with me. I can't say enough about Avery(finance guy) and Abdul (salesman). I work 60-80 hours a week sometimes and they worked with me over email and phone and even brought my Mustang to me and picked up my trade in. They worked very hard to make me feel comfortable and they did more than  I could ask to get me in the exact car I wanted. Don't waste time at other dealers. Just got to Nalley in Sandy Springs. We've purchased 2 cars from Nalley Ford for our family in the past year. They always have better deals than the Ford dealer near us in Kennesaw & are much friendlier. Rod in finance is super helpful and always goes above & beyond to help us get the best deal. The GM was very helpful & easy to talk to as well. They don't pressure you like other dealers, but are attentive to their customers. Good customer service here goes beyond the sale. We've had a great experience when we took our new Escape Titanium in for its first oil change/service. My husband loves his 2017 Fusion SE. We will definitely be loyal customers to this dealer in the years to come!

Warranty repairs took about a month and a half. Non-manager employees in service department fail to keep you updated with status of repairs. Sometimes went a whole week without hearing anything. Put a nice deep scratch in front bumper too without saying anything to me about it. Came back for the first time in a year for an oil change and rotation. Had all new service managers that did a great job. Improved from 1 to 3 stars.

We had a great experience purchasing our 2017 Ford Edge!  
We had been shopping around our area looking for one that matched all of our wants and needs with no luck.  We expanded our search area and found one posted on Nalley Ford's website that had everything we wanted with a great price.  We requested more information through their website and was contacted quickly and had a very informative call with Denis in Sales.  From the phone call, we decided to drive over 100 miles to look at the car.  After arriving on a decision to buy the car, both the sales and finance team stayed late to finish up the deal. We originally opted for the extended warranties.  After having second thoughts, we were able to call back a few days later and cancel the warranties without any hassle and with a full refund -- just liked we were promised. No tricks or lies at Nalley Ford. I definitely recommend them to anyone wanting buy a new car!
