My experience at Rick Hendricks Sandy Springs was great only because of my salesman Lenard Taylor! He was amazing!!!! When I tell you he took the time to listen to my needs and wants, I didn't feel rushed or pressured to do anything. We became best friends after being there for a few hours. He is a real down to earth guy and I would recommend him to all my friends and family if they ever need to purchase a car. Great working with you Len! I'm very pleased with my purchased and trust me my family thanks you too lol! I also want to add on to this, Nick helped me out in the service dept, he was very attentive to me in what I needed. Good looking out Nick!

Joseph was such a great cars salesman!! He made me feel like family and he showed that he really tried to help me! I started off looking for cars at this dealership and have been to many dealerships throughout the week. Joseph sold the 2015 Toyota Corolla so well that I decided to return! When I became annoyed about the financing part of the car buying process he seemed to know exactly how to keep me calm. He truly has a powerful communication gift! He displayed phenomenal verbal and non verbal communication skills and I am truly appreciative for his service! Thank you Joseph !!!

My husband and I purchased a 2014 Honda Odyssey a month ago from Rick Hendrick Toyota.  The service was great minus the very long wait on a Monday morning, despite being one of the very few customers at the dealership.  Garrett was our salesman, and my husband and I were very pleased with the level of attention and responsiveness he gave us.  The engine & mechanics of the Honda we purchased are solid.  After taking it through a car wash we were stunned to find the dealership had buffed some serious marks on the outside of the vehicle.  Also after taking it through a car wash, the front passenger side door plastic panel fell off.  We discovered the panel needed to be replaced well before we had it (the plastic parts that keep the panel on were not there), but instead of replacing it it had been put back on as if there were no problem with it.  There was also a large scuff on the window that neither of us noticed until later on.  The dealership provides a service that is non-negotiable in the purchase of a vehicle from Rick Hendrick Toyota, in which they ensure the vehicle is detailed inside and out.  This service was really "talked-up", but I didn't find there had been much cleaning done.  There was trash in the back pocked of one of the seats, the dashboard was dusty, and whatever they used to clean the inside of the windshield was not properly wiped down - if the sun was shining on the windshield the view was so cloudy that you couldn't see through it!  Other than some cosmetic issues, the vehicle itself is wonderful.  The staff was very friendly, and our salesman Garrett was great.

My car buying experience at Hendrick Toyota in Sandy Springs was outstanding. I am now a proud owner of a 2018 Toyota Camry. My sales consultant, Joseph Jordan, was very approachable and knowledgeable. He worked with me to make sure I could get the car that fit my requirements and desires. He also made the financial part simple and understandable. The staff at Hendrick Toyota were all very attentive and friendly. Overall, I am very happy with my entire car buying experience.

Good customer service. Only suggestion is watch out pricing layout that make sure you understand every line item they charge you. Try to negotiate as much as you can. Great car we bought. Definitely worth of a trip.
