Headed on 285 to 85n and dash lights start going off as the car shuts down. I start to freak and pull over. Call for tow service and land at Hammond Drive Pep Boys. I'm immediately greeted by Troy , later to find out he is the store manager, and explain what happened. He assures me he can fix it and quickly. 30 minutes later I'm on the road again with a replaced fuse that could have shut down my entire holiday. Troy wouldn't even let me pay for the fuse or his time. Thank you so much for the great experience. I see why this store and its management get so many great reviews. Thanks again!

I went in today with a flat tire having one of those days! The manager was kind from the moment I walked in and the technician was as well! I left in tears...Tears of Joy! I have never experienced customer service and a blessing so grand! Pay it forward! Thanks you guys!!!!! My new favorite shop 💜 I will return

I've been in other pep boys before, but nothing like this one. 

My car was making a big noise, I told Troy (the manager) that I thought it was the bearing. He quickly put one of his technician, Mac, to have a look. In one hour I had the diagnostic and in three I had my car back. 

Mac took the time to show me, on site, where the issue was. They have all my confidence, I even asked them to change all my tires, they made me a great deal ( I've had already checked in other shops)

Attention, price and professionalism.

After being told Goodyear wouldn't be able to get to my car until tomorrow, I took my vehicle here to patch a tire. They did the job in a timely manner, service was professional, and didn't charge me a dime. Customer service at its best!
