I had an emergency flat and no spare. Alex was very helpful and they were able to replace the damaged tire in less than 30 minutes. In addition they were very helpful in explaining what caused the flat, provided me with the damaged valve stem so I can try and get the old tire warrantied. If you live in the Roswell/ Sandy Springs area I highly recommend this shop.

Easily the worst experience I have ever had at this location. They have serviced my vehicles for most of 16 years. Always told my neighbors and co-workers to service here. (I lived near for 12 ys and work near for 14 now) My alternator failed and I had the car towed to this location at 9a.m. on a weekday morning. Called back 7 hours later for a status having heard norhing and they THEN told me that they did not have a mechanic on staff for this day and would not be able to work on my issue til the next day. Would've been nice to know that while car was on a flatbed. Had to find a ride home, then Uber ($20 with tip) in to work the next day. Store Mgr said "we will make it right!" Picked the car up (alternator and battery replaced ($800) shortly before they closed from Service Mgr that day and he would not take off any $, AND addded an oil change, though I had that handled a month prior at a different GY location. Would not take that off ($25) as they had performed the service (without authorization). Drove the car less than 8 miles and my battery light came on. I called and spoke to the Service Mgr who told me "The alternator was made by man and man is not perfect". I presume that this means they did not test it as in less than 10 minutes I had issues. Drove the car back the next morning so they could put a 2nd alternator in the car. Seems ok, but need to have the electrical system checked (independently) as I see delays in electrical devices and dimming of lights sometimes, and this should not happen with refurb alt and brand new battery. Will NOT be back and I tell my friends and co-workers how bad this location has become.

One word... amazing! I caught a flat on my way to work called around luckily they were open.  Had my car towed there I swear I was there about ten to 15 minutes. From there straight to work. Customer service was great Ive been back since then. I doubt I'll go anywhere else.
