Had pre-booked child seat. First thing when you book child seat it says ‘subject to availability’. A child seat isn’t really an option you legally require one. Also the whole point of booking something is so you have it guaranteed and are not subject to availability, otherwise what’s the point of booking something…. Anyway tried to call day before to confirm child seat would be there but phone number was always engaged. Arrived next day and no child seat. Had to wait over an hour for them to organise.

We are just now queing to the desk. With two small children. Now have been waiting 1.5 hours. One person serving. Still three pax before us. Why do you do this to us?
