My spouse went to get a rental car so she could go to a family members funeral. Since we have a car in the shop and I'm using our other car to get to work she really needed a vehicle. Since we both didn't have credit cards they wanted other forms of mail identification, but didn't want to except the mail she brought in. We not only had to wait an hour plus for someone to come do the process they also told her no very rudely. So we left and if she can't find another way to get use of a car she will have to miss saying good bye to a family member she was close with. We almost got treated like lepers since we don't have cable and internet. There should be a better system easier for people using their debit cards. I would have rated them a zero because they don't even deserve the one star after the way she was treated!

I have gone to this place 4 or 5 times to rent a vehicle whenever my car is getting worked on. The staff here is always friendly and efficient. Might be a little pricey for some...For newer cars its around $64 a day, I usually end up spending $250 for 2-4 days but its worth it. I'm usually out the door with keys in 20 minutes. Absolutely loved driving the Nissan Altima & Pathfinder!

Waited over an hour. We called the number they left on the door and there was two different people we dealt with who left the property to go to the airport. We called the first time and a gentleman answered and said it would be 15 minutes. The second time we called a woman answered and said it would be 10 minutes and the third time Chad (the manager) got on the phone after we spoke with the woman who initially answered the phone and said that it would still be ten minutes after we had already been waiting over an hour. He was was unprofessional especially for a manager. Horrible service. Please beware. We have missed the meeting that we were supposed to be at. Thanks a lot Enterprise.

Everybody was very helpful and polite. Exactly what one would expect for customer service. I definitely recommend this enterprise

DONT RENT FROM HERE!. Make sure you don't get billed and harassed like I did. I was cautious and took Picture before AND after of my vehicle. When I returned my vehicle. I dropped it off the night before in perfect condition. I then took more picture of the vehicle just to make sure it was the way I got it. I get a call the next day from the representative saying that I was in an accident. I immediately was anxious and worried so I left work and went down to the enterprise office. I spoke with the representative about the desputed claim of a "pushed in fog light". I completed all the paperrwork and updated my contact info and then I left with his card. I called and emailed the representative from the Dickinson office the next week to make sure that I didn't damage the vehicle. He didn't have any info on my case and assured me that I would hear from someone. Another week goes by and I get an email from the dickisnon representative and he said " I took the vehicle into the shop and it was fixed. It sounds like the fog light mounts were broken but it wasn't anything major. I haven't heard anything from the Damage Recovery Unit yet either. My guess is that they will be contacting you today or tomorrow". A week goes by....no calls no emails... 2 weeks go by...no calls or emails... Today, I get a call from enterprise saying that the unpaid bill of $205.00 I have is going to be sent to collections. WHAT!?!?!?!?!?!?!?! The person on the phone was horrible! Claiming that I received and read the emails and I didn't get back to her in time! When I told her I haven't received any emails or calls she said "it's your fault and that I you need to check the spam folder because that's where the emails are, and this bill is going into collections! Ridiculous! Horrible customer service! If there is any chance, rent from somewhere else. Avoid the complications I had and the mistreatment I received. *******follow up******* I fought the claim against me. I submitted pictures and completed the accident forms. The bill was nullified and the claim was paid by enterprise. I was not billed and not sent to collections. THANK YOU!! enterprise pulled through! stars go from 1 to 3...
