Needs Major Updates, Repairs & Deep Cleaning! The TV in the bedroom was fuzzy & hard to see...Soda machine in hallway NOT working. Ice machine on all floors NOT working, when I called the front desk- they told me to go next door to Super 8 & they'll give me some Ice, Whaaaaaaat!!! I had to wipe down the toilet & bathroom sink before I used it because I wasn't sure if it was cleaned properly. The first impression view was horrible...Never again well maybe in an emergency! The only good thing, was the amazing view....Pass This One By!

Clean, affordable quite family friendly place. Rooms are a good size . Perfect location on boardwalk if you don't want to be right next to the loud areas but still close enough to walk. People that work there are very nice. Parking is a little hard for larger vehicles

We stayed here on our family vacation 2 years ago. Perfect location and for an ocean front/view room the price was budget friendly. All staff we came in contact with were friendly and accommodating. The suite was clean and large. The upper level pool was an awesome addition to the hotel as well. But the best part is being a short walk to the beach. Friendly town and so much to do. We will definitely be returning!

I would NEVER stay at this hotel again. This experience was the worst!!! And the customer service wasn't better and this was from the GM (so I was told). I rented the room because on the website it was the only hotel that had a pool available on April 1. My children love playing in the pool so that was a must because I knew that later on in the week it was going to be cold. When I arrived I was told the pool wasn't ready, but it would be ready the next day. So, I said ok, we will not be swimming today because we just got in and we needed to get settled. Getting to the room, I saw trash under the sink in the kitchen, coffee cups on the deck, trash under the dressers, toys, and the couch was stained (gross). So apparently the room was not cleaned very well. Couldn't leave because I would be charged and the kids were so happy, so I had to make the best of it because we were on spring break. So the next day after eating we went back to the front desk to ask about the pool and it still wasn't ready, it was going to be the next day, then the next day, and finally I had to check out. So I asked when I checked out will there be compensation for false advertisement and they told me that the GM is taking care of it, she will be in later on that day because you are not the only one to complain. I couldn't wait for her I had to get back home. I called when I got home the relative of the GM told me that it was on the website for 6 months that the pool was not going to be ready, I clearly told him when I made the reservation that it said your pool will be ready on April 1st and I checked in on April 4th, so he told me to talk the GM. When she got on the phone I explained the situation and asked will there be compensation because the only reason I came was because of the pool and I was lied to everyday I was there. She told me that there is nothing she can do because it is not their fault the pool was not ready. But I explained to her that is false advertisement and I have my paper work that states the pool will be ready on April 1. She screamed and hollered at me like it was my fault and said she will call me back. I received no phone call. So I called and asked for the corporate number and they told me they can not give me that information it is only for the GM....really???? Never heard of that, so I tried to look online and could not find anyone to talk to about false advertisement, and the nasty rude customer service coming from someone that represents this organization. It is April 19th, I have still received no call, and still can't contact anyone except for the rude GM. I hope this information gets to the appropriate individuals. I am very disgusted and hope that NO ONE will ever stay here again.

WORST PLACE EVER!!!! I checked in to find that someone else had been checked in under my name. I waited an hour to get in my room bc instead of issuing me a room, they made me wait on them to fix their problem! I was so unhappy with the room, even scared to sleep on the bed, I called to ask if I can shorten my stay. The man working the office said yes and I was guaranteed to have my night refunded. It's been over a month and I never got refunded my money! I've left messages and emails and no one has called or emailed me back. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!!! I'd rather sleep outside in the cold on hard pavement than stay at Dolphin Inn!!!!
