Terrible. Checked into a "City view" room. We had one small window looking directly into the undercover car park. Room was small and dark. After asking for a room change, was advised that it would be $50 extra a night for a window room. Booked the hotel based on the good reviews, but will not be staying again.

Hotel has nice, clean rooms, and it is located right off the beach. Great location with a parking deck attached to the hotel. Would definitely stay here again.

My husband snagged us a suite here for our anniversary. It was so nice. The customer service was amazing. We arrived long before check in but had been driving for hours from NYC and had no where else to go. The staff was extremely accommodating and let us know as soon as our room was ready and gave us access to the facilities before then. I am so grateful. The suite was great! We got to watch the sunset over the city and watch it risk over the boardwalk. We only stayed for a night but the room had a full kitchen. If we had stayed any longer we could've comfortably made our own meals. It felt as comfortable as being at home even if it was only for two days. I can't say enough good things about this place. Swimming in the pool with the beach in view was great. Being able to step outside of the door and be right on the boardwalk could not be beat. I can't wait to stay here again.

Had to wait 4 hours to get into our room when it was suppose to be ready by 3 they had told us it will be ready at 4 we came back still not ready, then again at 5 not ready and then they said wait a couple minutes not ready then.. then when it was ready they helped everyone else then gave us our keys and rolled there eyes.. They were very rude.. there was no hot water for a day and then the stove did not work at all, the TV remote also did not work... We had to call for house cleaning for towels and trash bags because they do not come in and clean our rooms... It was not a good hotel at all...

Good vacation. The resort staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are nice. We had a one bedroom ocean front suite with a full modern kitchen. It was nice to watch the dolphins and the sunrises. We also could see the Christmas lights along the Boardwalk.
