Don Franklin Auto Mall is the BEST place to buy a car! I have had three car buying experiences with this dealership and each time I walk away highly satisfied. Chandler E. was my Sales Consultant and he was absolutely GREAT to work with!! Chandler E. is knowledgeable, patient, and overall easy to work with. He listened to my needs and wants in a vehicle and he paired me up with a great Hyundai! It will be several years from now before I need a new car, but I sure hope Chandler E. is still there to help assist me with purchasing a new car! Thanks Chandler E.!!! Awesome Service by David Sharp. Dave and the staff at Don Franklin treated us like family.  I have never had a car buying experience quite like this before - painless (and fun?!)!  Had a hiccup with financing that was worked out seamlessly.  Great customer service all the way around. We gained a friend in Dave that day. Will plan only to shop for all future cars from David Sharp and Don Franklin!

I would highly recommend this dealership. The service all around is great. If you’re looking for a great salesman, go to Chandler English! He will find you a great deal. Great salesman!

We had a great experience buying our Santa Fe Sport, Dave worked with us to get the best deal and stay in our price range. Everyone at Don Franklin was very kind and respectful, best car dealership we have ever dealt with. Will be going here for all vehicles from here on out.

Great experience from the sales team all the way to finance.  We went to the Lexington Kentucky location.  No hassling or feeling like your being taken advantage of.  We bought 2 vehicles 2 weeks apart.  My truck was in London Ky and they had it there in 2 1/2 hours for me to look at.  

Misty Roberts was our sales rep she is great.  She spent a lot of time making sure we were happy with the car and kept my kids occupied.  

If she's not there talk to J Bond (007) he is awesome too.  He doesnt hound you over a sale either.  Tevis is a manager on the floor he is great.  I didn't have to spend 3 hours on the lot trying to negotiate price.  Everything was fair from the start.

And James Anderson is in finance he is quick and detail oriented to get you out quickly with the best option for financing.  

We will be doing business with these guys for a long time.  If you are looking for a vehicle they probably have it on one of their lots.  Don't waste time with other lots.
