Best place around. Make sure to ask for Brandon Boggs when you are looking to purchase a vehicle. He is hands down the best! I was so picky and and hard to deal with. I just knew what I wanted! And he found the one!! I am so thankful for him and all his help! He is amazing!

Poor customer service after a car is purchased there. I had to call 4 days in a row to find our if a car I purchased a year ago was still covered by an extended warranty. Even the GM wouldn't return my call. Will not buy from again. Kudos to Kevin at the service desk for finally helping me.

I did think I got a great deal. The car was practically new and I enjoy it very much. But, I was promised that all taxes and fees would be paid for when they collected the money from me. They also charge a $599 document fee which is high but I was glad to pay since they would do all the work to transfer the car to my name. I live out of state. They missed almost $500 in taxes, mailed the incomplete transfer paperwork which caused my home state to charge late fees (the clock starts at date of purchase). And when I call I am told no one can do anything by most and when I finally get someone who can help (Keith Purdon) I am told it is not their fault and the matter is “over”. So I agreed to a price on a car, was assured several times that was the out the door price and even paid $599 to ensure everything was settled and taken care of paperwork wise. Then had to pay $511 over that for them to stuff a bunch of papers into an envelope to mail to my home tax office, late no less incurring penalties. They hadn’t even titled the car to them for the $599...it still had the original owner’s title signed over to them with a bill of sale! This is far different than my salesman’s, Brandon Boggs, promise that the title, registration and plates would be done within two weeks. They would then forward the plates to me. What happened was after two weeks he title clerk said she was swamped and had not gotten to our paperwork yet. After a month, same thing. Then I went in person after 1 and 1/2 month to the tax office and the paperwork was there and they informed me more taxes were due. So much for the contract spelling out that the $599 would cover TT&L along with the taxes they did collect. When I started asking how they get cars financed without paying the ad valorem taxes up front is when the hang ups and silence started. Because of course, if you finance a car and they miss hundreds of dollars the contract will not go through until it is paid because it can’t be titled and registered in your name. The bank will want that money up front or added onto the amount financed. But, they want to gaslight their customers and then ignore them when it doesn’t work. So, if you are out of state, beware or refuse to pay the document fee and just get a bill of sale. When they miscalculate they will simply tell you it’s not their problem and you basically paid $599 for S&H for them to mail incomplete paperwork to your home tax office. My advice is to get a car you like; they do have a nice selection. Then make sure you get a price you like minus $600 because it is simply their way of ensuring they get that as profit. Don’t expect it to actually pay for services promised or customer service afterwards. I have been lied to, hung up on sent emails reminding me of my part of the bargain when they fail to uphold theirs. These guys are supposed to be professional but are unethical, rude and are not even competent enough to correctly calculate TT&L or pick up a phone and call a tax office to ensure their figures are right. And in the beginning of this they told me how great and wonderful their system is and there must be some mistake. Well, when they got my tax office receipt and saw they had made the mistake is when they revealed they were just the stereotypical used car operation. Also, you can see the drama on their Facebook page and like a post or two (and move it to the top of the page) as I try to collect the money they owe me. They also have either employees, relatives or both posting in their Facebook pages. When you write something negative you of course get the automated, insincere company response. If you say more then a “customer” who is over the moon with joy at their experience chimes in and urges you to see it Tim Short’s way or that these guys will fix it. I finally thanked the woman responding to my posts because it moved my review to the top of their page without me having to do anything. She mysteriously stopped after that. Thanks Tincia, wherever/whoever you are!

Was told over the phone if I stopped by in person I could negotiate a better price, that it had to be in person. So I was happy to drive 30 minutes out of my way to stop by the dealership and looked at the car with hopes of a better deal than what was told to me over the phone. However neither the salesman nor anyone else was willing to budge one single dollar when I showed up. Not only that but the vehicle I was looking at had almost 5,000 more miles on it than what was told to me on the phone. Later I was called by the dealership to see if I was still interested I told them about what had happened when I came in person I could negotiate a better price and that didn't happen. He told me the reason I didn't get a better price was because when I was there I didn't sit down!!! You can't make this up. I was there to buy a car not sit down. If I could give this place a 0 star if I would.
