Food was so great!  I loved the calamari!  We went during happy hour.  When it got close to ending our servers made sure we knew so we could get some last minute orders in!  Crab cakes where awesome.  What we loved the most was the service!!  Very friendly and sweet ladies helped us.  A manager even checked in and said hi.  Will go back Dukes for sure when we are in the Tacoma area again!

We stayed nearby for a long getaway weekend and this place stole the cake when it came to all the restaurants we visited while in-town!  Service from our waiter Wade was incredible and memorable; he really helped up love this place and couldn't have been better.  Nice view of the waterfront and great food with a nice selection of beer & wine.  The food was all excellent, it would take a lot of typing to list out everything we tried, but it was all fantastic (especially the berry pie)!

Normally I love Duke’s, but our most recent experience was not good. We sat out on the porch during happy hour and waited over an hour for food, while people around us got their food after being seated after us. We ordered basics like soup and salad, which seem to be easy to make, but apparently not. 

Usually I love their happy hour and have good and prompt service, but this time I was very disappointed.

This location is my personal favorite (Kent is great, but it's not on the water lol). The staff is super friendly and the food was outstanding. I had your run of the mill Chowder and it was stupendous. Love this place. Def recommend a trip if you're in the area.

We waited  and waited...  open tables? Yes...  put in appetizer order with second person that brought our waters after waiting at table for while after being seated...  food was good.  Stuck couple in middle of large tables all having small children.  I have no problem with children but really...
