We had an appointment for the next day from 12-4 and set that whole chunk of the day aside. That day the plumber called an hour early and asked if he could come then, which we had to decline because we had fit the rest of our errands and such to be done outside of the time he was going to come. So he said he would still come sometime between 12 and 4. Around 4:45 that night, he still hadn't come. We called him to ask what had happened and he said he went to another job so we didn't end up seeing him that day. He told us to call the office to get another day which we did and they said they would get us in the next day. We sat around for 4 hours the next day just to not see anybody once again. It wasn't until the third day of sitting around until we actually got the plumber to our house. At that point he was very polite but the office/scheduling was run very poorly.

Most useless call I ever made to have a problem corrected . they were 3 hours late , and it took Matt the plumber 3 times to get it repaired . And over an hour of my time to clean up the mess he left me . Very unprofessional and bad mouthing of his company . You lost a customer today . And I see many more being lost with this type of craftsmanship and lack of professionalism .
