I have called several Chevy dealers on the purchase of a Tahoe. So far they seemed the most accommodating and friendly of all. They are able to work with you to make it happen. very consistent. I am hoping to finalize the deal tomorrow but so far everyone I have spoken with in this dealership is consistently pleasant.Very prompt.I will update this once transaction is finalize. It has a feel of the Lexus customer service .

This dealership gets one star only because we got the vehicle we wanted at a great price due to their mistake. They posted the vehicle for way less on their site by accident then made it OUR problem when we found small discrepancies like chipped paint and scratches prior to purchasing. They refused to fix it during my initial walk around because they were losing so much money on the sale already. Once agreeing to the walkout price the paperwork took several hours despite already having a check in hand. Although, there were easily 3 other representatives to finalize the paperwork we had to wait on one individual. After the paperwork was complete my wife, 2 children and I were exhausted and ready to just leave with our new car, which was only 1/4 tank full so we had to fill up on the way home. We were verbally promised a second set of keys by our salesman who then called a few days later asking when we could come back to receive them? We drove an hour back to the dealership only to find out that his manager said "no they don't get a second set of keys"...great!!! Although we found the car we wanted, that was the only positive part of the experience. Our salesman was new and kinda helpful only to be shutdown by higher management. The lasting impression is that this dealership is strictly business and revenue driven which I understand. However, their saying that their "customer service is unrivaled" I would only agree in a sense of that it is awful and on the end spectrum of rivalry. Sincerely, A very dissatisfied Customer

We bought a brand new 2018 vehicle. Within 4 days of having the car something went wrong and we had to bring it into the dealership. They had the car for almost a week before giving it back to us. That time wasn't too bad. But then a few days after having the vehicle back, the SAME problem happened again. They were very unaccommodating in telling us when we could bring the vehicle back in. We live 30 minutes away in the best of traffic and my husband and I both work 8-5 jobs and have a newborn at home. We cannot take off of work to bring in a car that you said was fixed on your schedule. We were able to work out a time about a week later that worked because I had the day off. This time, the dealership had our car for almost 2 weeks! And every time we spoke they said that they were still trying to figure it out. Then they said that they were waiting on a part...this part apparently took forever to be sent to them? I also asked both times that the car was at the dealership for them to wash the car. It had not been washed since we purchased it because it was constantly at the dealership. Both times I was told that it had been washed and it clearly had not. Bugs were everywhere. I am very dissatisfied and I hope that I do not need to return to the dealership anytime soon for repairs.

We absolutely loved our experience at the Casset Ave location! Our sales rep, Robby Self, was beyond any other rep we've encountered. Mr. Self, we want to thank you. You listened to our needs, and wants on our search and made this a very enjoyable experience. The showroom and grounds are clean, and accessible for the young and old. All employees were friendly and welcoming. But, beyond all else, Robby Self, you deserve a raise, bonus and much more!

Rickie Edwin is an excellent sales associate! He doesn't pressure you at all and he makes you really comfortable to deal with him. He works along side his Sales Manager Chris Martin and Josh. They are an awesome team to work with. I made them go through hoops, but they still managed to keep their calm and stay professional to make a deal happen. The reason why this was able happen is because Rickie understood my need and he is very knowledgeable and patient. I highly recommend using him, or requesting him when you head over to the dealer. He treats everyone the same. Bad credit, good credit, down payment, no down payment, old or young... he doesn't cherry pick! That's what you call an excellent sales associate. Thank you Rickie!
