Our salesperson was great and management was very fair in negotiations. We got a great vehicle at a fair price for both parties. Paperwork finalization was pleasant and completed in a reasonable amount of time.

If I could give less stars I would, they sale Fiat yet they can't do warranty work on your vehicle they refer you to another dealership for warranty work.  This is the second reason I will never do business with Landmark again.  I spent 30 years in the auto industry and never have dealt with the ineptitude that I have gotten from the finance office messing paperwork and lying and not realizing that I knew they were lying until I showed them the lie to not being able to service a vehicle you represent and sale.

I bought my 2015 Fiat abarth at this location and HAVE NEVER HAD A GOOD EXPERIENCE since.  This is a real shame as I love the car but the COMPLETE lack of service or effort to complete any task has me using them for only the most pressing of warranty work.

Now I've had an appt for 3 weeks for some warranty work and when I arrive I am told all their Fiat techs (all of them) quit!?!?  They even called me yesterday to confirm my appt!?!?

Don't deal with landmark, they don't steal or cheat you but they don't give a damn about thier work and that's almost as bad.

We have a Fiat, so we are limited to where we can go for service. I have been to this location nearly a dozen times for oil changes, new tires, brakes, tune up, and now I just got my AC repaired.  In the beginning we dealt with this really professional, honest and kind young man by the name of Eddie Lee. Then he just disappeared. So in that time we dealt with a number of other service reps and none of them measured up, but what choice did we have. Well recently I scheduled an appointment for service that should have taken a day, it was botched, parts were not ordered, etc. I was lucky enough to get Eddie on the phone while in limbo as to what was going on with my vehicle. Eddie Lee, is the Assistant Manager and he is truly awesome. He communicated with me respectfully through every step and although he had nothing to do with the mix up, he made sure I received my car with completed repairs in a timely manner! I would give Eddie 5 Stars because he deserves it, but I cannot rate the location more than a one...so I will give a rating of 3, as a compromise. We will return to this location but ONLY if we can work with Eddie Lee!

Military Terry!!! She made an impression as I waited for my Dodge to be serviced. I returned a few days later. Terry helped me pick the best car for my busy life. I'm loving my FIAT! It still roars! The seats are SUPER comfortable like a massage chair, feels custom fitted! I'm loving my upgrade!!! GO SEE MILITARY TERRY! No matter what your situation, doesn't hurt to ask for a great deal.
