I bought a used 370 Z. Scott gave me a great deal!  The car was super clean and ready to go. I had an issue with the key battery that they even helped me with. The staff are all great and nice to work with! I have loved driving my car!
When my daughter needed a car, I sent her to East Tn Auto. Scott had a great Ford for her to buy! I highly recommend this place to anyone who needs a good vehicle at a good price and to deal with good, honest people!

I have bought four cars from East Tennesse Auto Outlet.  I don't go anywhere else now.  Scott Cass is the real deal.  He never pressures you.   He is honest.  He is trustworthy.  He has top of the line cars and if he doesn't have what you are looking for....he will do his best to find it! Best of the best!

Even though Scott and I are family,  I still have the option to purchase a vehicle anywhere I want to.  I choose East Tennessee Auto Outlet because he's honest, upright, and cares about everybody who buys a car from him.  I don't know if he meets everyone that buys a car from all three location locations, but I bet they have the same extended courtesy because his staff represents those same morals.  Best of the best for several reasons!

I was Looking for a 2016 F150 King Ranch.  they had a great one with only 1600 miles but I am in Texas and they are in Tennessee.  So I called and talked to Robert, he was very informed we made the deal he walked me though the transaction arranged for a delivery transport to my front door.  Robert kept me informed as the truck left there lot when I got the truck it was detailed better than a new car dealer  and just as he just as promised. beautiful Truck, Thanks Robert at East Tennessee Auto Outlet.
