Pleasantly surprised. Scheduled the routine maintenance on-line and good thing I did. When I arrived, a line of cars were waiting to be seen. When I advised them that I had an appointment, they immediately processed my vehicle, got it in for the scheduled maintenance, and I was on my way a lot sooner than I had expected. Donuts and television in the comfortable waiting area help make the time pass quicker.

Best new car purchase experience ever. Salesperson Mr. Fournier was attentive and responsive to my comments. He listened and he heard what a was saying. He was the ultimate professional. He was well informed and very respectful. I would recommend him to everyone.

Finance Dept. was the best. Everything explained and not in the least bit pushy. Very attentive and easy to engage.  I did buy the key insurance because of the high cost of replacement.

I am now hoping that service Dept experience will be in line with Sales Dept. I spoke with several customers who were having service done and all indicated they were satisfied customers.

First time buying a new car. The service was great. JB Carter was amazing and answered all the questions I had as well as made the whole experience a good one. Would recommend anyone looking to buy to stop in. And if I purchase another I will definitely be coming back.

My husband and I had a pleasant sales experience with Joe Licata at John Roberts Nissan.   He was not pushy and very helpful in showing us features about our new car before we left.  I had two people recommend John Roberts Nissan before we went, and I would recommend them to others.  Their prices were the best around, and we got more than expected on our trade in.

Saw an Armada online and inquired about it. After getting approval to finance through our local credit union, My wife, three kids and myself took off from Knoxville TN to Manchester TN. Scott had been in contact with me all week and was working out the best deal possible and shot me straight the whole time. We got the deal done and headed back to Knoxville from the dealership, 2.5 hours away, and got about twenty minutes down the road only to realize we had left the diaper bag and paperwork from the purchase, back at the dealership. As I was about to dial Scott to let him know we were on our way back to pick up the stuff we left, he told us just to stay put and he would bring it to us 20 minutes down the road, after he was already off work and not being paid. Can’t say enough about our experience from start to finish with Scott and John Roberts Nissan. The wife loves her Armada and we are completely happy.
