My husband and I bought a car from Jonathan Gibson in 2014 and to this day he knows who we are. My son was looking for a dependable car for his family after being turned down by several dealerships I called Jonathan and he said to come by and he would set us up with someone to help us, we were introduced to lance and this young man worked really hard to get my son in the car he wanted with the payment he could afford. If you are looking for a place to buy a car or truck I recommend you stop buy and see the guys you will not be disappointed. Thank you lance for going above and beyond to help my son and thank you Jonathan for making buying a car from you so enjoyable we came back.

Had a wonderful and easy experience buying my second vehicle from East Tennessee Dodge.  They located the exact color Grand Cherokee I wanted!  Everyone I dealt with was very knowledgeable and helpful.  Ricky in finance did a great job explaining my new lease to me.

If there was option for no stars..that's what I would have given..Made an appointment on a Monday for recall repairs to drop off on a Friday..go to drop the vehicle off..and the parts hadn't been ordered..accounted for.. nothing..wasted a whole evening..and on top of that..they questioned if it was even a recall repair..even though I had a recall letter in hand.. safety recall to boot!! Oh..and if you don't buy the vehicle from them..they won't give you a rental..hard to buy a vehicle from a dealership that didn't even exist when you purchased the vehicle new..poor experience in the service department!!! Won't be back..for service or future vehicle purchases

I drove all the way down from Louisville KY to check out a vehicle and had a fantastic experience with my sales rep and everyone else there! It was no pressure, they worked with me on the price of my used Jeep Patriot and I am absolutely LOVING IT! They even went the extra mile and found a jack since it was missing one and even threw in a plug-in air pump as well! I highly recommend visiting this dealership!!
