We spent three weeks looking for my first Mom van until we finally met Harvey Stevens at Twin City dealership of Alcoa. He was very friendly and honest about what he could and couldn’t do for us. We had both of our girls with us and the staff members were great at helping us keep an eye on them while we talked business with Harvey. They had a great place with a TV and free popcorn to keep the kids busy which was a great plus for us. We got a trade in that hadn’t been through their cleaning process yet so we had to bring our van back for cleaning and inspection. They gave us a very nice car to drive in the mean time while they got our van ready to go. We left with an amazing mom van that our children love with a full tank of gas thanks to Mr. Harvey Stevens.

Told us they didn't have cars that belonged in a museum but had museum prices! Laughed at my cash price offer. Didn't want a sell or thought I would pay too much. I walked. Went across the street to Airport Toyota & bought within the hour! Would never walk back on their lot. Unprofessional & inconsiderate attitudes.  Treated my wife like she didn't have a clue, guess they didn't realize she was the one buying. Lost a definite sale.

Went to Twin City Buick GMC, this past Saturday. Our salesmen Jerry Killian was the BEST! Straight up honest to the point!! We told him what we were looking for in a vehicle and our payment, and within in the hour we were out on the road in our new vehicle. Kitty made the paperwork seamless and was very detailed. She explained what every item was. Very patient. I WILL definitely recommend and purchase again from Jerry and Twin City Buick GMC.

Make sure you get prices BEFORE service work is done! Holy hell, $45 for fou R gallons of DEF that most dealers did for free! 1st and last visit.

Very helpful, friendly, out standing service, especially Ted Teffteller. Would recommend to anyone and I do.  Prices are very fair.
