I was in the market for a work car to commute from Maryville to Clinton, for me that is an 80 mile round trip.  The Honda Civic I drove prior to my visit to Hepperly Auto Sales was in a total loss collision. 
January 6, 2018 I stopped in at the West car lot location to look around and spotted a couple of replacement prospects for the Civic.  I was met by Jordan one of the sales associates that works there and I asked if I could test drive the 2010 Mazda 3, which was on the lot and he grabbed the keys.  After inspecting a couple of more vehicles, I decided to go for the 2010, Mazda 3. It took about 10 minutes to complete the Credit application and about that long to get the approval back from the credit bureau. The next step was to finalize the deal that was about 15 minutes.  The Mazda 3 so far is doing well, drives great and is a solid vehicle bumper to bumper.  From stepping onto the lot and driving off in my newly acquired commuter, the entire process was outstanding.  Very professional, yet down to earth experience.  Ask for the “Boot treatment”, LOL.
Would buy again and recommend family and friends.

My wife and I were needing a newer vehicle with low mileage and air conditioning.  When I went in, Brian Jones greeted us and made us feel right at home.  There wasn't any pressure, Brian's only concern was that we walked out happy with our visit.  He was able to get us into a 2013 Dodge Journey that was big enough for our whole family to fit into.  We are amazed at the wonderful service given to customers at Hepperly Auto.  They made this deal work for us and our budget.  If you need a car, make sure to drive over to Hepperly Auto and ask for Brian Jones!  You will be amazed with your experience.  Thank you Brian and Hepperly Auto for the great service and attention to detail.

I had an absolutely amazing experience with Hepperly Auto Sales. Casey and Dustin had the best attitude. They will work with you no matter your circumstance. I got an awesome deal on a beautiful car.

We dealt with Brian Jones. We were greeted very friendly, Brian joke around, was great at entertaining our two year old (who did NOT want to leave haha), was very keen on getting us the perfect car for us and our growing family. The team here worked diligently and long, staying after hours to get us in a safe, dependable vehicle asap. my wife and I were blown away by the customer service and selection. In the end we got exactly what we needed, and within our budget. WILL be returning customers in the future. Thanks so much!

The folks at Hepperlys are great! We had a little trouble getting a deal worked with the bank but they took up for me and fought to get me in my new truck! Go see my buddy Jordan Sparks, he and Anita worked their tales off for me.
