Buying a car is hard enough with no credit, but even harder with 0 credit.  Several years ago, I bought a car and it was paid off through Easyauto.  I needed a truck for work, Easyauto put me into a nice Dodge 2500 Ram, fixed anything wrong with it, it was my dream truck.  It was wrecked by a semi on the way to family for the holidays, I was devastated.  Came back to Easyauto this past week and they took the time to put me into another truck.  There were other stipulations because I changed jobs, but they still worked with me to get me into a truck I really needed.  Thank you Zach, Petra, Bradley and to the nicest woman who takes my payments.  You people really helped me out of a bad situation and turned it around.  Thank you so much!

Place is horrible. Doesn't matter if you have been a good customer for a year and a half with no issues. You ask for some one time help because of holidays and they wont help. Its bad enough the rates are high but its really poor service overall when you cant help your customers who have some troubles sometimes. And I also work in this type of industry, and I try to help people when I can, even more for the ones who never ask for help. I will make sure I tell everyone I come in contact with not to do business with them.

I drove from Athens to get a car from there the first time they told me I needed to be on my job for one more month. So I waited. I called 1 1/2 month later and spoke to the same man and he told me everything looked great to come on in an they would send me away in a car... I drove all the way back down there for him to yet again tell me I need more time on my job after I just talked to him on the phone and he told me everything was great.... the people that work for the company give very false information. I would not recommend anyone to go there ever...

I got a van from this place when I got my overtime a 2008 Chrysler Town And Country. Bad enough the intrest rate was high over 20 percent listed at $10,000 after taxes and interest $15,000. Well my overtime was cut and we called to have our payments adjusted because they said that they could work with us well that was a lie our ride got repossessed. Now that I received a higher bid position at my job I can afford the payments BUT... I will never go back to Easy Auto due to the fact that I don't like liers. The funny thing is I looked online and there is a dealership in Chattanooga that has the same kind of van but 5000 to 6000 dollars cheaper than the one I had from Easy Auto. Easy Auto reminds me of a dealership back in my homestate of Indiana JD Byrider or what I call them JD Ripoff Rider and now Easy Rip off Auto. If you think that this place will lookout for your best interest your just fooling yourself.
