Pretty good dealership. Called and spoke with Anthony twice about the vehicle I ultimately wound up purchasing. He was very helpful with questions on the car and was willing to work with me based on my work schedule. The finance process was pretty quick as well, and Anthony and Tommy worked out a very fair deal for my trade. I'd recommend these guys to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle.

Customer service has always been great! Great prices and you can't beat the lifetime powertrain warranty. We drive 4 hours each way from Alabama to buy from John Roberts Toyota. This is our 3rd vehicle we've purchased here and will continue to do business with them. Ben our salesman was great and very easy to deal with on the phone as well as in person. Tommy was very proficient when we signed all the paperwork. Always have a pleasant experience and we are loving our 2018 Toyota 4runner.

Bought a used 2014 Toyota Tacoma from Anthony at John Robert's. Shopped around for over a month before making this decision so I had a good idea of the market and the price points on this vehicle. Since I was 4-hours away from the dealership I relied solely on the on-line pics, published specifications, and Anthony's honesty and judgement that this was a solid and clean vehicle. I purchased this vehicle without ever visiting the dealership to test drive...I know, that's a little scary and something I had never done in the past. However, I was not disappointed. Wow, what a great vehicle!! So pleased with my purchase...and it came with a "Life Time Power Train Warranty". As an added bonus, the dealership delivered it to my front door free of charge. The fact I live nearly 250-miles away from the dealership is what I would consider excellent customer service. My purchasing experience working with Anthony and John Robert's Toyota was excellent. I would recommend anyone shopping for a new or used vehicle to give Anthony a call and check out John Robert's Toyota before making a final decision on their next vehicle purchase.

John Robert’s Toyota in Manchester has a great service department. They are very efficient and do good work. They don’t try to tell you that you’re vehicle needs parts when it doesn’t and they don’t over charge you. They are always fairly fast when going in for service or fixing something. The staff are all very nice too.

Rick Feulner is an awesome person who ensured to give us all options (including locating vehicles out of state for desired colors) without any of that 'pushy' sales pitch. Highly recommend John Roberts Toyota of Manchester, TN.
