We traveled 200 miles to pickup a used car listed online for our teenage son”s first car.  We knew 
what we wanted, were ready to buy and had no 
luck finding anything locally in the Tri-Cities area.
From beginning to end of sale everyone was very courteous, professional, very responsive online and provided the extra info requested before traveling that far. We put down a deposit to hold the car as several people were interested and we knew it would be gone if we didn’t.  They did not disappoint! Beautiful car, great price and we drove it home the next day!

My car is getting on it's last set of tires so I wanted to see what the Nissan dealership had to offer.  Met a great sales man Michael Bogdal, He really knows all about the different makes and models of Nissan..and really tried to meet my budget needs..never felt pushed..over all very helpful in my quest to buy a car. Thank you.

Sales representative and staff very helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. Would certainly buy another vehicle from them.
Originally gave them 5 stars but we just spent almost $5000 for a new transmission within 2 weeks of purchasing a vehicle. Granted, the car is sold ‘as is’ but I don’t believe they were clueless. Bad on our part but anyone considering buying from them BEWARE!

After years of car buying Joe Schwartz and Chris Harris made a car buying experience AMAZING! We have never felt so at ease and relaxed while making a purchase. The honesty, transparency, and non aggressive personalities were a breath of fresh air in the normal dreaded world of car sales. We as a family will be customers for life!

Our sales person was Tyler Harris and he was knowledgeable of their products and services.  He was not pushy in his approach but was able to qualify our needs and satisfy our expectations which made our purchase a pleasing experience.  I am certain that he will exceed all expectations.
