The resort was amazing! The suite was large. The bed was so soft and comfortable that we feel asleep immediately. The pool was great, large and indoor to guard against the weather. It has an awesome game room for the kids. It was especially nice that it is pet friendly. And the staff here ous so nice and accommodating it is like staying at home. Nothing bad to say about this resort. I will definitely be going back!

prices were absolutely great. having a sermon of rooms we got a three bedroom suite. right in downtown Pigeon Forge and close to everything in the area. the staff was great as well. we will definitely return to this place

Wonderful staff! I enjoyed the Signature Message, and it was heavenly. Just what I needed to relieve tense muscles and moisturize my skin. I splurged for the 80 minute session and then relaxed with some hot tea afterwards. The entire experience was a welcome respite from the stresses of everyday life!

An amazing stay. Huge condo. Staff was very well accommodating to any of our needs. Pool was a little small for the size of the resort, and Jacuzzi needed to be refilled, but other than those, great stay!

Everything was absolutely beautiful! Friendly staff in lobby and 24 hr hour pool were great pluses! Only complaint was that there wasn't a lock on master bath double doors and there was no recliner for the husband. So convenient to everything in Pigeon Forge!
