We went on a week night for dinner so it was fairly busy. We were seated immediately and served chips and hot salsa as in the temperature . . . It was interesting because I’ve always had salsa that was cold but this was pretty good! My family and I were so hungry we just about finished the two bowls they gave us when . . . Our server brought another two bowls with MORE delicious salsa! Seriously, dinner is off to a great start and we didn’t even dig in, dig in yet haha. We ordered fajitas to share that included beef, shrimp, and chicken. It was wonderfully flavored and cooked to perfection. The shrimp was butterflied and made peeling easier as well as atheistically pleasing. I loved how the protein was seasoned because sometimes at other restaurants, it’s as if they skipped that part because of all the other flavors and ingredients included would make up for it: between the onions, cheese, guacamole, refried beans, etc. means that they didn’t need to. I think that’s the most important part and they did it here! Yum! The service was wonderful! We always had someone checking on us and whatever refills we needed were taken care of in a timely manner. And to top it off, there is an ice cream machine by the door as you leave! The kids and hubby loved it!
Omg I love the food at this place! Since my friend told me about it, I’ve come back twice in 2 weeks. Well, if you look closely - there’s a bug in my Margarita. I didn’t even notice it until I got home and was preparing to post the pictures. This is unacceptable! My guest and I were totally disgusted by this. Thanks Google Maps for over 1 MILLION photo views!
Pretty good Mexican / tex-mex food. Mole was good, but a little too sweet for me. Street tacos were exactly what you would expect with a variety of meat options.
Not impressed. Asked for frozen margarita and they didn’t have it. Only on the rocks so was offered a Skinny ‘Rita since I didn’t want it too sweet and it had no flavor - like watered down. Salsa was watery and second batch of salsa was like soup! When asked to replace - gentleman said that is what the salsa is like - lol. He did finally bring another with thicker consistency. I had to ask for water about 3 times to go finally get it. They seem too busy which makes the dining experience bad. Only reason for two stars is the food is tasty but much too overpriced! For great food, a wonderful atmosphere with great service and yummy frozen ‘Rita’s - head over to La Hacienda across the way! You’ll be glad you did! This place isn’t worth the price point.
Always enjoy the great Chips & Salsa and Queso! Sometimea they forget the Queso! Best ask for it. Waitstaff and employees always curious! My new favorite dish is the Trio Enchiladas..cant Go wrong.
Quality is lacking. Ordered take out and, arrived at the time they said the order would be ready… then I waited 10 minutes for my food. Got home to find that my tamale order was cold…as in, I wonder if these were taken from the freezer and just warmed up, middle of each tamale was cold to the touch. Much like the old frozen burritos of my childhood that never really get cooked thoroughly in the microwave. Too much competition in the area, I won’t be going back to El Jimador.

There food is very tasteful and enjoyable. There a little pricey but this is the best Mexican Restraunt I’ve ate at out of all I’ve been to… But I recommend anybody that hasn’t been here come try the place
Amazingly Delicious. I am Latina and FINALLY a decent place where I can honestly say the Food is delicious. Fajitas moist and flavorful. Chips & Salsa the Bomb and Free Queao omg! Yes. LUNCH Specials Thank you! Cant wait till next time!
Our family favorite. Place is always clean, staff is great, great food for a very reasonable price. Also, the margaritas are awesome. Usually frozen Ritas at restaurants hurt my stomach the sweet and sour but these don't. We'll always eat here.
