Reviewed Chevys in Greenbelt , received response from Arthur Setlight and promised to “make things right” sent receipt and never heard back. Awful customer service experience.

I have been talking to an employee at Xperience for over a month for a refund for an item that I never received, and I stopped getting response even though they promised to get back to me ASAP. If you see this review, please reach out to me so that we can get this issue resolved.

This review is for the complaint I made a while back. I waited three days to hear back regarding the complaint.
